Bristol Palin, New Home in AZ and Radio Job Offer (See Home Here!)

Bristol Palin bought a five-bedroom home in Maricopa, Arizona in December, 2010 supposedly with the money she earned from her stint on Dancing With The Stars. Paying cash ($172,000 to be exact), the young single mother got a heck of a deal on a 4000 square foot home that sold for $329, 560 when it was originally built in 2006.

Palin purchased the home from Mike and Cynthia Smith, who bought the home for a mere $137,200 after it went into foreclosure in January of 2010. The Smiths 'flipped' the home, made a tidy little profit for their efforts, and according to Cynthia Smith, "It's a nice family home with a big backyard and patio. It's in a great neighborhood....I think [she] will really like it there."

More than likely Bristol will like the new home which is located in a much warmer climate than her home state of Alaska.

Additionally, along with a new home, Bristol Palin has just been offered an on-air job with Clear Channel's Mix 96.9 (KMXP-FM), a radio station in Phoenix.

According to Ron Price of KPHO.com, "It is an official offer to a very well known personality, who may be looking for a new career in what will most likely be her new home state."

The position on the morning show would put Palin at Matthew Blades side. Blades said, "I think that Bristol's outlook on life is probably different from mine, and that contrast could be interesting to listen to."

So why did Palin choose Arizona for her next home? According to TMZ.com several weeks ago, Palin is interested in a TV broadcasting career and will study at Arizona State University.
