Britney Spears' Believe Appeals to Young and Old

This is yet another wonderful scent brought to us by Elizabeth Arden. The Web site, www.elizabetharden.com , gives a great presentation of the product.

I found the scent of Britney Spears' Believe perfume to be pleasantly surprising. I was expecting a more juvenile scent, because, I think in part, of her fan base. While her music is more appealing to younger, teenage girls, I think that her perfume will appeal also to an older demographic. Somehow this perfume creation has managed to make a comfortable fit into more than one age group. The scent, while derived from guava pulp, tangerine, and linden blossom, amber and pink pralines along with the familiar scent of patchouli, is neither fruity nor flowery. It is instead, very sensual and delicately feminine. I believe the manufacturer's description of it evoking a sense of sophistication and youthful spirit is a very accurate description. The Body Soufflé leaves your skin feeling like silk and smelling just wonderful. It is absolutely great after stepping from the bath. It leaves your skin feeling silky smooth for hours.

This is the perfect scent for my young, adult daughter. She is a free and sensual spirit. This scent evokes youthfulness and will compliment her personality perfectly. It is very light and does not over power your senses like some fruit based perfumes seem to do. Britney Spears' Believe is a very soft and feminine complement to a woman's aura.

The product line is not a large one, offering only, parfum spray, which is available in two (2) sizes along with a body soufflé. This is a fairly new scent, and I am confident that it will be expanded.

The packaging is very pretty. The box is a bright white with pink, magenta, and green metallic dots all over. The dots give it a retro feel, while the metallics tilt it toward the modern side. The bottle is beautiful and will look so pretty sitting on any girl's dresser. It is the color of peridot and is a multifaceted cut. It reflects light in such a pretty way. The packaging designs were chosen by Britney Spears to reflect her many beliefs.

Britney Spears' Believe is available at fine department stores such as Macy's and Belk. I have not been able to locate this fragrance at any of the on line locations. I believe that this is because it is such a new fragrance.
