Britney Spears' Former Bodyguard Files Sexual Harassment, Child Abuse Suit (Photo Links)

Britney Spears' former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, has filed a suit in a Los Angeles Superior Court against her stating that Spears sexually harassed him and abused her children while he was in her employ.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the suit (see full TMZ report here), in which Flores says that Spears made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" toward him.

According to Flores, Spears exposed herself repeatedly to him. On one occasion, Spears allegedly donned a see-through white lace dress, purposely dropped her lighter and then bent over to pick it up which resulted in the exposure of her uncovered genitals.

Another time, Flores says, Spears called him to her room where she was standing naked. In regard to that incident, the suit is worded as such, "After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up."

Yet in another incident, Spears allegedly exposed herself to Flores and then stated, "You know you liked it."

While sexual harassment is a serious offense, what it is more disturbing is the allegations in Flores' suit about Spears' treatment of her children. On one occasion, she fed her boys crabmeat despite the fact that they are allergic to fish. When the kids begin to vomit and others who were present said she should get medical help, she allegedly said, "Mind your own f**king business!"

Hopefully Britney is not heading down that painful road of just a few years ago when she exhibited bizarre behavior and seemed on the verge of a nervous breakdown. In fact, just last week, gossip magazines and websites showed the pretty pop singer with her boyfriend Jason Trawick vacationing in Hawaii. Britney appeared like she has most in the past year: calm, relaxed and more at peace.
