In a move that is not exactly shocking, considering how strange she's been behaving lately, TMZ.com and KABC (who also has a video of the bald Spears on their website) is reporting that Britney Spears was seen stopping by Body & Soul Tattoo in Sherman Oaks. She stayed for roughly 90 minutes and received a pair of lips on her wrist in the colors of pink and red. She also had another tattoo of a pink, white and black cross on the side of her hip. The total was a whopping $80, which means that they either not very big or didn't have much color because tattoos are not cheap.

Although most did not notice her, many fans and paparazzi quickly gathered to look at the now insane starlet through the windows. The real head turner of the day was her new hairstyle or lack thereof. The crowd of fans realized that their idol had completely shaved her head. TMZ.com reported that the soon to be ex-Mrs. Federline came back from the Caribbean coach-class on American Airlines and she immediately made a beeline to a Tarzana hair salon, where she wanted her hair cut off. Allegedly the stylist denied that request (which is weird considering that it's Britney's head and ultimately her decision).

After the stylist said no, witnesses say that Spears grabbed a pair of scissors and took matters into her owns hands. Within minutes she started cutting off her own hair but it is not yet clear, if Britney also shaved her own head. The reason why she did it? Spears apparently told the Body & Soul Tattoo employee Emily Wynne-Hughes, "I don't want anyone touching me. I'm tired of everyone touching me."

Unfortunately this new hairdo is standing in a long line of odd behavior which started after Spears filed for divorce from her husband Kevin Federline. During their short lived marriage Federline was the topic of a lot of criticism and ironically he now looks to be the good guy and good parent after the split.

After filing her papers, Britney Spears received a lot raised eyebrows when she was seen on an almost nightly basis clubbing with Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan of all people and she seemed to almost emulate their behavior. Lohan has many pictures floating around the internet in which she is stepping out of a car or off of a boat sans underwear. Britney was then "caught" going commando herself on more than one occasion and she quickly became the talk of late night comedy shows.Before her new tattoos and shaved head, this week it was reported that she entered herself into rehab on the island of Antigua. While many people might have exhaled in relief, hoping that she would finally get her act together, Spears disappointed once again when she checked out of the facility only one day later. Many have speculated that she is headed for a breakdown and that she has damaged her career so badly that it could be hard to come back from.
