Brittany Murphy Death Photo Search Unsuccessful

Robert Dougherty
Brittany Murphy death photos probably won't be uncovered by the tabloids in the days ahead. But the Brittany Murphy death photo search is well under way, which is a sadly natural step in celebrity death coverage. Of course, these searches usually don't come up with anything, no matter how hard people try. Yet the tabloids and Internet still seem likely to search for a Brittany Murphy death photo, despite their poor track record.

With Murphy's autopsy complete, her body is locked away where no cameras can get to it. If a death photo is going to come, it would likely be from Sunday morning, when she was rushed to the hospital. Since she was dead on arrival, a shot of her being taken into the hospital would technically be a death picture.

But none of that has emerged yet, otherwise it would be plastered on the Internet or the tabloids. TMZ, in particular, would have had a picture, since they broke Murphy's death to the Internet. Nowadays, TMZ has become a leading source for searches like this, but they have nothing yet.

However, there is hope that a Brittany Murphy death photo will never be found. The tabloid media had plenty of changes to find dead celebrities bodies this year, and didn't come through. No matter how much they tried to find Michael Jackson's dead body on film, they couldn't do it. Also, American tabloids couldn't find pictures of David Carradine's dead body before the Thailand press did - though that kept them from getting sued.

Despite their failures, the gossip hounds still hope for better luck in finding Murphy's death pictures. After all, they have 5-6 weeks to get through until her autopsy results come back, and they actually find out what killed her. They've already gotten mileage with Murphy drug and anorexia stories, and by suspecting husband Simon Monjack.

Searches for Murphy's death photos, and over how she died, have already done the impossible. They've actually knocked searched for Tiger Woods' mistresses off the front pages, after they ran the tabloids for a month. That gossip obsession is finally dead, or temporarily suspended - and all it took was a death of a Hollywood 'starlet."

2009 has been a gold mine for tabloids, with so many celebrity deaths to cover and speculate on. So the year naturally ends with one more death picture search, and one more corpse that they think we all want to see.

Her family is in enough pain. Why would you be writing about photos of her corpse?
    This article is disrespectful.
