Brittney Spears No Visits with the Kids Says the Judge

Is TPR (Termination of Perental Rights) Next?

Brittney Spears, the pop star gone wild has done it again, lost custody of her children, and now she is out of the hospital and recovering somewhere. The news is full of Brittney Spears antics and has been since she popped onto the scene and most of the world thinks she should pop back out.

Apparently, the ambulance was called to Brittney Spears house last Thursday evening for undisclosed reasons according to a recent report on ccn.com. Dr. Phil talked with the pop star as she prepared to leave the hospital on Saturday afternoon. Dr. Phil says that is it clear to him that she still needs both medical and psychological interventions.

There are no indications as to why Brittney Spears was hospitalized Thursday (January 3, 2008) after a dispute involving custody of her children with Kevin Federline. The report on CNN.com said that the dispute lasted over several hours. Let us hope the boys we not there to neither listen nor see the fight.

No child should no be subjected what Brittney Spears subjects her children to. Normal people of the United States would have had parental rights terminated, if we did some of the things it is alleged that Brittney Spears did. Will we see a judge permanently sever the parental rights of Brittney Spears to her sons on January 14, 2008?

That remains to be seen, but on Friday January 4, 2008, a judge changed the custody order from supervised visits to no contact for Brittney Spears with her children what so ever. This was in response to the activities that occurred on the previous night, which led Brittney Spears becoming hospitalized.

That leaves people around the world wondering what exactly went on that night. Did the judge change the order because of police reports about abuse? Perhaps the judge changed the visitation order because Brittney Spears was mentally ill, we do not know. We may never know all we can do is wait and watch what happens at the next court date.

When a judge orders supervised visitation for a parent it is because that judge has heard allegations of abuse from that parent. The judge does not feel the children are safe enough to let that parent be unsupervised. When a judge goes ahead and makes a court order barring a parent from seeing a child that judge had proof of wrongdoing on the part of the parent, and stops all visitation for the safety of the children. My question is what does this judge know that we do not about the parenting techniques Brittney Spears?
