1 1/2 pounds cooked broccoli
1 cup butter
1 cup celery diced and cooked
16 oz. jar of cheese whiz
2 2/3 cubes minute rice (uncooked)
1 small onion chopped fine
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
garlic salt to taste

Butter a 9 x 13 flat baking dish
(Makes a large batch)
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 for 50 minutes
You can also add cut up chicken or chicken breasts to this dish if you like.
(I - cut the recipe in 1/2 and put in a 8 or 9 inch square baking dish - for just Jim and myself)

SOPHIE, IF YOU LEAVE OUT THE BUTTER, YOU SHOULD 1 CUP CHICKEN BROTH, OR I THINK IT WILL BE TO DRY WITH THE RICE. HUGS MARY
I sometimes crave broccoli over chocolate! I think I would leave out the butter though if I was making this, as I never add it to broccoli.
