Tears invade my heart and soul.
I feel lost; no longer whole.
I've struggled just to survive
With no hope that I might thrive.
My road is obscured in dust.
I can't move on, though I must.
In quicksand my feet are bound.
No helping hand can be found.
Am I here or am I there?
Can I be found anywhere?
If I'm not, what does that mean?
Can I be heard but not seen?
No value or worth I feel.
I wonder if I am real.
I give up, this game you win.
I will not play it again.
