According to the Landmarks Preservation Commission's (LPC) agenda from the October 26 public hearing and meeting, the boundaries for the area run along Court Street from Livingston to Montague Streets and extend west toward Brooklyn Heights.
The proposal includes buildings like Borough Hall and the Municipal building. The LPC's agenda includes a complete list of property boundaries with specific street names. The time line for this new project has yet to be released as of press time.
