Brother George

My Brother GEORGE

Yvonne Leehelen Dowell
When I think of you brother,
I think about how much I love you.
You were easy to love with your gentle spirit.
I talked to you on the phone.
I told you I was coming to visit you.
If only I could have seen you one last time
before you had to go.
I know you are not in any pain or suffering.
I just don't know how to say goodbye, George.
I still think I will call you and you will say,
"Why don't you move down here in the country?"
"The air is clean and it is so quiet away from the city."
when I think of you brother,
I just don't know how to say goodbye, George.
you were full of teasing
and always made me laugh.
I will miss you brother
I don't know how to say goodbye, George
I just don't know how.
See you later.
goodbye George.

How sad for you to have lost your brother. I have only one sibling, my sister Linda who is my rock and strength, she is my best friend, I would not know what to do if I lost her! My deepest condolences, Yvonne!

So sorry about your loss! I know how you feel about your brother. I have two, one ten years older than me and one 12 years younger. My older brother raised me, for all intents and purposes. He likes a lot being perfect, but even today, with us both old, he has never said an unkind word to me. I know I'll lose him before long and it will be so hard.
    My prayers are with you.
