Brother's BBQ in Denver, Colorado

Brother's BBQ is a great place to go, the atmosphere is great, the people are friendly and the places are always very clean and tidy. To start however I will go in a different direction, the catering. The catering is the best part of the place, they do a great job and the food always seems better when they bring it to you. I always hire them to do company meals, everyone loves it and they bring enough food for everyone to have 2 or 3 plates. It's also nice with the catering because you can sample many different things, I always get the chicken, brisket, ribs, and some sort of pork. They are all fantastic; moist, juicy, and always cooked to perfection. The thing that Brother's lacks is the sauce, they don't have the best sauce around, a lot of people argue with me but the sauce just doesn't do it for me.

Now we move on to the dining experience. As I mentioned earlier, the places are always clean the people are very nice and the service is great. When it comes to the dining in experience I feel that Brother's has some pretty stiff competition, Dickey's is a pretty darn good place to eat. Since I stumbled upon "Dickey's" I will mention that they have the best sauces in town (in my opinion). Brother's has a very easy menu to read, you can actually distinguish between menu items, which lacks in almost every other BBQ joint in the nation. All said and done I would definitely recommend visiting a Brother's BBQ.

Would I call it the best BBQ in Denver? I probably wouldn't when it comes to dining in but I would when it comes the catering. I think Dickey's has a leg up just because of the sauces, now, I'm a huge sauce guy so I am a little biased. Overall, very good food, very good atmosphere, and very nice people, you can't ask for much more than that....
