Bruce Willis Introduces New Cologne for Men

Mary Thatcher
Action movie actor Bruce Willis has joined a number of other celebrities in coming out with a scent for his male fans to wear, and in true form, is self titled. Bruce has chosen the notes for the scent himself, which will be available in a full grooming set for men that includes a body wash, shampoo, deodorant, and aftershave. "Bruce Willis" contains grapefruit, vetiver, and pepper notes, creating a nice fruity-woodsy scent for the office. Grapefruit has long been considered a sexy scent when used in perfumes (Yves Saint Laurent used it, along with blackberry and brimbelle in his 1998 perfume for women, "In Love Again"). Bruce chose the perfect blend for men, though, that is totally masculine and perfect to wear to the office. ShowbizSpy reports the launch of "Bruce Willis" this week, which the actor has partnered with LR Health & Beauty Systems. While there are no details yet as to where "'Bruce Willis" can be purchased, it would be hard to fathom why an all-American like Bruce would not want to make sure it will be in at least a few upscale department stores across the nation.

Bruce will no doubt even promote the scent himself in cities like New York City or Los Angeles, but what would he called his promotion campaign? Some names include:

Bruce Willis: The Die Hard Promotion. Even tough guys should smell great.

Scent City: There's nothing more sensuous on a man than "Bruce Willis."

The Sixth Scent (also known as The Magic Man): Enhance your psychic ability today.

Of course, Bruce Willis may simply just call his promotional campaign "Bruce Willis." That sounds nice and simple and will not confuse others into thinking he is doing some kind of film promotion. But even with his side ventures in making money, Mr. Die Hard will still be making movies. Maybe he will wear his own scent while working on "Catch-44" which is due to be released by the end of the year. His co-stars Nikki Reed, Deborah Ann Woll, and Malin Akerman would certainly like that. Who would not want their leading man to smell great and sexy?

Seems like everyone has a cologne or perfume these days. I prefer natural scents myself. :)
