Some may feel this is extreme. I feel Chocolate is a vegetable ans we should have 4-5 servings per day. Think of it this way Chocolate comes from a bean. Beans are vegetables. Most folks blend this with sugar. Sugar comes from sugar beets or sugar cane both vegetables. Some folks add milk or butter to this chocolate mixture. These are two products that come from an animal that only eats grains so they are just processed vegetables. I still wonder why the FDA hasn't recognised chocolate as a vegetable. If you can relate to this logic y'all might enjoy reading my article "We are all Vegetarians" @ http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/252182/we_are_all_vegetarians.html?cat=9
There is one minor holiday in Bubbaville. It celebrate our founders Bubba's Birthday. February 26 is the day this world began. Most folks come to the center of town and gather in Bubba's Bait, Tackle, DVD rental, and Lingerie Shoppe for some of the National Dish. Chocolate Ice Cream covered in Chocolate Chunks and Pecans then drowned in Hot Fudge. Last year Bubba himself ate four servings for breakfast.
Y'all say you love chocolate but hate ice cream... I do have a cake for one that is delightful for any day. Yes it is chocolate. It is a microwave cake cooked in a 12oz coffee mug. It is so simple even Dr D could make it.
Minute Chocolate Mug-Cake
Ingredients:
1 12oz microwavable coffee mug
¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
3 Tablespoons baking cocoa
1 large egg slightly whipped
2 Tablespoons cold black coffee
¼ cup olive oil (Not extra virgin)
¼ cup chocolate chips
1 cap full vanillaa
Directions
Add the dry ingredients to mug, and mix well.
Add the egg, and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the coffee and oil, and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and the vanilla, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise up over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed. Allow to cool a little, then tip out onto a plate, if desired. This can serve two, if you want to sharee. Best if covered in Hot Fudge and Whipped topping.
It is time for Y'all to join us here at Bubbaville and celebrate the Divine Blessings of this day. Mizpah ;-}}>
