Bubbles

Mandy Kaye
bubbles

little kids on summer days
they can't wait to run and play

wave the wand
you just can't stop
blow a bubble
and watch it pop

made you dinner
now it's done
do the dishes
it might be fun

dirty dishes give you troubles
just squirt the dish soap
make some bubbles

time to shower
time to clean
you're so dirty you can't be seen

bubble bath time, rubber ducky
say it three times you'll get lucky

now that you're ready let's watch TV
tell me what show you'd like to see
Bubbles, Blossom, and Buttercup
time for bed, now hurry up

Very cute poem and love the differnt kind of bubbles and the feeling of spending time with a little child after play and ready for bed after a nice warm bubble bath!
