I have found paintings at a discount retailer near me. The paintings are signed, and have the certificate. The original retail is about $800, there price was $150. That is a dramatic difference. Now if you still have not found everything you need to decorate you may go to the major retail chains. If this is still an option to you, check prices well. I would go to a mall and look at the different stores. This way you are sure you are getting the lowest price possible.
