Budget Friendly Halloween Costumes for Toddlers

Danielle Crofford Fetters
Everyone wants their toddler to look cute for Halloween but not everyone can afford the high cost of a store bought costume especially for this age group who will probably fall asleep early and miss most of the festivities anyway.

Store bought costumes can also be itchy, uncomfortable and hard to change a diaper in.

But not to fear your toddler can still look cute in one of these inexpensive, no sew, semi homemade costumes.
