1lb Rutabaga, peeled and chopped
1.5lb Turnips, peeled and chopped
1 TSP Salt
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
6 TBS Butter
4 oz Cream Cheese
3/4 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Pepper

Boil
Add rutabagas and turnips to a pot to boil. Add enough water to cover. Sprinkle with one teaspoon of salt. Boil until tender and drain. Exact cook time will depend on the size of the pieces.2
Mash
