Budget-Friendly Hannukah Decorations in Atlanta - In a city awash with Santa Claus, reindeer and red and green lights, where do you go for gifts and other decorations to celebrate the blue and white Festival of Lights? Frankly, there are not a lot of resources listed online for Atlanta Most online listings are for online shopping exclusively. Members of the large and thriving Jewish community in Atlanta can probably provide a great deal more help and resources than I have been able to locate. But these stores will get you started on your quest.

Home Depot, which is headquartered in Atlanta and has stores all over the metro area, has a nice selection of decorations for Hannukah in the Home Decor section, many under $15.00, including a complete set with window gels, a banner, a wire garland with star and dreydel designs, and a set of mini lights for less $14.99!

Crate and Barrel, which has stores in Northpoint Mall, Lenox Mall, and Perimeter Mall, has hand-dipped menorah candles for $7.95, and Hannukah plates, bowls, and napkins for less than $10.00.

Gifts from the Heart, at 1205 Johnson Ferry Road NE in Marietta, GA, offers Judaica for all occasions, including holidays.

Judaica Corner, at 2185 Briarcliff Rd., Atlanta, is another store that specializes in Judaica. and should have decorations and gift ideas for Hannukah.

For a great and meaningful gift idea, you might consider a donation to the Bremen Jewish Heritage and Holocaust Museum in Atlanta. They also have exhibition catalogues and a fabulous cookbook for sale. The museum in located at 1440 Spring Street, in midtown Atlanta. In addition to these stores, consult Craigslist online for Atlanta, as there are individuals offering Hannukah goods for sale on there as well.
