Build a Better Body Without Going to the Gym

Give Yourself Some Superpowers

Jim Kelly
We all want superhuman powers. X-ray vision and flight are just a little bit out of our league though. We can however be able to cure and fix some common problems with solutions we once never knew would work! Here are some hints to keep yourself going and to trick your body into some miraculous abilities.

1. When you have a tickle in your throat, rub and play with your ear. The nerve endings from your ear to your throat connect and this causes as reaction to cure that itch.

2. If you need to go to the bathroom really badly and you just can't because of the position you're in with your family or your girlfriend, think of sex. Thinking of sex will help the brain focus on another activity, a better one.

3. Do you have a stuffy nose? Here's a quick fix, push your tongue to the roof of your mouth and when you release press a finger between your eyebrow's. Repeat this motion over and over and you'll never need that nasal spray ever again.

4. If you have a toothache, ice is the best medicine. In this case however, you don't place the ice on your tooth, place it on the back of your hand between your thumb and index finger. That little V-section that Hannibal Lecter loved so much. Rub it in that part and you'll be surprised how fast you forget about that toothache.

5. Who hasn't had one too many drinks and the room is spinning out of control? Pretty much every one has and no one knows how to fix it. Until now, impress your inebriated friends by telling them to put their hand on a table. Simple enough right? The brain will focus the blood more efficiently.

6. A part of your body fell asleep? Shake it from side to side to cure the sleep.

7. Need to memorize something for tomorrow? Read and review it before falling asleep. Taking in information right before bed increases the chance that you'll remember those facts in the long run.

8. If you want to control your heart rate blow on your thumb. You can control your heart rate through breathing and get it back to normal for that big presentation.

9. Does one of your friends mumble or talk really fast? Use your right ear instead of your left in ear to listen to the conversation. It really is better at picking up rhythms in peoples voices.
