R. Huber
For those who are building muscle fast, a common question is exactly how long does it take to build muscle and get that ripped body you see in the magazines and on the television?

There is no one answer for this question. There are many factors which come into play to determine how long it will take same to get a ripped body.

Here are three factors which can determine how long it will take to build muscle.

The first factor involves with your workouts themselves. Repeating them same exercises over and over again will not cause your muscles to build. Using a wide variety of exercises is very important for building muscle fast. Also, each workout should be schedule with the right exercises to preform to make sure you work the right muscle group as much as you should be.

The second is your diet. In order to be building muscle fast, you are going to need a properly planned meal plan. It should contain plenty of sources of high quality protein to help build muscle, high fiber carbohydrates to keep you full and energized and a good amount of healthy fats.

You must avoid any refined grains or sugars as these will build fat, not muscle.

The third is what you look like now. When starting how, you need to consider how much muscle your going to need to build and how much fat your going to need to burn for the body you want. Of course, someone who has more fat, especially around the stomach area, is going to take longer to get a six pack, then someone who doesn't have much stomach fat.

With the proper workout routines and proper meal plans, no matter the size you are now, you can get hat stunning, muscular body you've been wanting.

However, to be sure you follow these tips properly for the best results, it's recommend to follow a program for building muscle fast, so you know exactly what to do.
