Ingredients:
1 Cup herb stuffing mix
1-2 pounds hamburger
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp Worchester Sauce
1 Tbsp Ketchup
Prepare stuffing mix according to directions. Mix ground beef with evaporated milk and divide into five flat patties on wax paper. Flatten each pattie to form a 6 inch circle. Spoon 1/2 cup stuffing mix into circle.
Combine soup, worchester sauce, and ketchup in a pan and bring to a boil. Pour mixture over meat patties and bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes in 350 degree oven.
This recipe feeds about 5 people and is very good.
