Burger Joints Near Chapel Hill

Brooke
Born is the USA, burgers are one of America's favorite foods. Although from McDonald's Big Mac, to Burger King's Whoppers, the taste of fast food doesn't vary nearly as much as a burger joint burger. There's nothing like the taste of a freshly made burger. The following are the top three Burger Joints near Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Chapel Hill Burger Joint #1: Cook Out

Although it's in Durham, a good 20 minute drive away from Chapel Hill, Cook Out on North Roxboro Street is a burger joint worth visiting. It's somewhat of a chain in North Carolina but still has that unique taste. Cook Out specializes in its out of this world milkshakes, its premium 100% white meat chicken nuggets, its giant sweet onion rings, and of course its delicious handmade burgers that everybody raves about. They also offer grilled chicken of many different flavors, hot dogs, and chopped pork BBQ. Did I mention it's affordable? At Cook Out burger Joint you can get 1 main course, 2 side dishes, and a beverage for only $4.25. Open until 4 am Sunday through Thursday, and 5 am Saturday and Sunday, Cook Out is the perfect place to stop by when you have those midnight cravings.

Chapel Hill Burger Joint #2: Time Out

The burger joint nearest Chapel Hill would be Time Out located on West Franklin Street near Chinese 35. It seems like the kind of love it or hate it burger joint. Personally, I'm a fan. It's so convenient and fairly inexpensive. Their burgers are always juicy and their service is quick if you need something to eat on the go this burger joint may be something to consider.

Chapel Hill Burger Joint #3: Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Located at the Streets at Southpoint, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, like Cook Out, is about a 20 minute drive away from Chapel Hill. Even though it may qualify as a chain, Five Guys in my mind still counts as a burger joint. In fact, the only thing they sell is their savory burgers, and of course their infamous fries. Their variety might be a little low but this burger joint is an all-time of mine, and my family. It has reasonably quick service and isn't too costly either. Despite the fact that it's not in Chapel Hill, this is a great burger joint to visit.

I grew up in South Carolina and moved down to Florida when I was 21, then at 31 I moved back. I love uncompetitive volleyball.. (you know like on the beach or in the pool or something).  View profile
