Burglar, Rapist and Murderer in 'Lingerie Crimes' is Military Monster, Ex Queen Pilot

Canadian Colonel Russell Williams: A Self-Professed Burglar, Rapist and Murderer

Radell Smith
Burglar, rapist and murderer Colonel Russel Williams admitted his violent crimes to Canadian police according to News, an online website. The military monster, Colonel Williams, also known as the culprit in the 'Lingerie Crimes' case, is now heading to court for his burlaries, rapes, and murders.

A Military Monster and Ex Queen Pilot

Colonel Russell Williams, believe it or not, a burglar, rapist, and murderer, was once entrusted with flying Queen Elizabeth II, as well as other important dignitaries, all around Canada, including the Canadian governor general and prime minister.

In addition to having access to such people of influence, alleged the burglar was also given supervisory authority over 437 Trenton squadron as well as Canada's Camp Mirage located in the Middle East. Camp Mirage is a highly secretive Canadian military camp.

Subordinate Met With Fatal End

Williams has confessed to the killing of a female corporal who was under his command during his leadership at Trenton. And he has told police where he buried his body. He killed this victim in November of 2009. But her murder isn't the one that led to Colonel Williams getting caught by police. It was the murder following hers, the one in January of 2010, that accomplished that.

Burglary Escalates to Sex Crimes

Profilers have it right; sexual criminals escalate, and they start with peeping and burglaries. Colonel Russell Williams is a textbook case. As of Thursday, April 29, police have now tacked on additional burglary charges to the professing rapist and murderer, bringing the total to 84 burglaries! And the burglaries, supposedly, preceeded his murders in November 2009 and January 2010.

Canadian Colonel Russell Williams Would Get 'Click Happy' During Burglaries

Russell Williams began his life of crime while in the military. The military monster burglarized as many as 84 homes, sometimes tying up his victims to a chair--naked. The amateur photographer would then whip out his camera and get click happy. And yes, he did keep the photos--and other things--as souvenirs, just like profilers say.

Military Monster Trained Too Well in Canada?

It appears that Colonel Williams started out using his military training for his nefarious purposes, conveniently alluding law enforcement. It isn't known yet how he made contact with his rape victims--what ruse he used--but since one victim was a subordinate of his, the first one he killed (that we know about), his other victims may also be related to his job in some way.

Military Monster Knew Victims Due to Canadian Military Job?

How easy would it be for a man to break into the home of a woman he knew would be living alone--or her husband would be stationed elsewhere for the night? His job could have enabled him to have that kind of information, if it comes out that his burglary and rape victims were work-related. But information is sketchy about that at this point.

Burglar, Rapist, Murderer Colonel Russel Williams: Perfected Burglary Technique?

I have to question the fact that 84 burglaries were allowed to occur with similiar MOs and police didn't 'have a clue' up there in Canada. This military man could not have been 'that good' at hiding his crimes. There had to be similarities in his crimes that if perpetrated here, in the states, would have set off FBI databases faster than Donald Trump can grab a microphone.

Linkage Blindness Real Cause For No Case Success?

When 84 burglaries occur and no suspect is on a list, you have what is known in law enforcement circles as linkage blindness. That means that one police agency in one community isn't sharing (or electronically communicating) crime case data with other agencies. It's also known as 'stupid'. Criminals, especially serial ones, thrive on linkage blindness. They know some cops and agencies insist on 'making the collar' so they don't give up all the info to other agencies. This gives serial offenders another reason to commit crimes here, there, and yonder. One cop in one town doesn't know what he is doing elsewhere.

Military Keeping Crime Information "In House"?

Colonel Russell Williams, being a military man and all, may have perpetrated his crimes against military women only, or strictly on base, which adds another spin to the case. It would then be understandable why the crimes never got solved--the MPs would have had ultimate authority.

Colonel Williams couldn't be interviewed by police of outside agencies, or other military personnel interrogated or interviewed by outside agencies either, without the military's permission or authorization. And the military may not have wanted to move on one of their own without concrete 'proof'.

Colonel Russell Williams: Burglar, Rapist, and Murderer

But regardless of where the crimes occurred, or why police never cracked the case before; Colonel Russell Williams is under arrest now. Detectives who worked the murder in January 2010--whoever they were--did it right. That's how this man with a long criminal history was finally caught: a detective or two followed the evidence.

Police made casings of the tire tracks from the scene of the crime and matched them to their man. I'm guessing they had a clue who their man was by then, or that the tire tracks were from a government issued vehicle, but I don't have the case file in front of me to know for sure or not.

Burglar, Rapist, and Murderer Glorifying In All He Has Done

Colonel Russell Williams played burglar and part-time photographer against unwilling women, raping some, and ultimately killing two others before the cops caught up to him. And now that the cops have caught up to him, they are surprised to hear that the Colonel is all 'matter of fact' about sharing info and telling where to find the body.

Serial offenders who can do all that Russel Williams has done are pathalogical anyway--like Ted Bundy. They like an audience for their 'brilliant' crime stories. They want the police to ask them how they did it. And Colonel Russell Williams is definitely no exception.
