Burn Calories Belly Dancing

If you are into belly dancing workouts you should check out Bellydance! Magical Motion. Although the workout video was made back in the 80s it still holds true as a good instructional belly dance tape that can have you burning calories while having fun.

Belly dancing can be a fun way to get in a fat burning workout. The great thing about Bellydance! Magical Motion is that not only does the video go over specific moves to get you started, but it also adds what the move is working and what part of your body you should be feeling it in. For example almost all belly dancing moves include using the abdominals, and for each move the video describes what parts of the abdominals you are working, as well as other areas of the body that are going to be used.

Another added bonus of Bellydance! Magical Motion is that you don't need to be a trained dancer or athlete to be able to do the video. The moves are spelled out for you and the more you do the workout, the better and looser you are going to get.

This type of workout may not be something that you do every day, but it can be a fun way to work something different into your workout schedule. But don't take this video lightly as you will be feeling it the next day. Then again, you probably know that if you have ever looked at a belly dancer's abs.

This workout is not big on the production side, but it doesn't take a nice production set and all that jazz to give you a good workout. When choosing a workout you shouldn't go by how the set looks or what kind of workout clothing the people are wearing, but how effective the workout is and if you are going to be able to perform the video. For anybody looking for a fun and effective workout, Bellydance! Magical Motion does deliver.
