Bush Decided to Weep on Yesterday!
Our Nation Has Been Weeping for Years. He Finally Catches Up with Our Tears
a live grenade came out of nowhere to bounce off his chest: Take the clear path to safety
that he had but his comrades didn't, try to toss it safely away, or throw himself on top of it.
Bush has awarded the medals to 10 people during his presidency. Monsoor is only the third
from the Iraq war, and Bush's lip trembled and tears streamed down his cheeks as the official
citation was read with the details of his bravery. By JENNIFER LOVEN, Associated Press
Bush decided to weep over one soldier on yesterday.
This war has been going on for years. We have lost over 4000 lives.
Our cemetaries are filled with young men and women who will never be able
to continue on with thier lives, and yesteday, Bush decided to weep.
Our nation has been weeping for years over the lives that have been lost in both wars.
Weddings have been cancelled. Graduations were left unattended because a soldier
did not come home.
Maybe he has been too engrossed in his own life, or the wedding plans of
his daugther to realize that this nation has been weeping for years.
We have been weeping over the lost of our sons and daughters, while
he celebrated at graduations, book signings and engagement dinners.
The United States has been weeping for a change every since 9/11.
We weep each time that we go to the gas station to fill up our gas tanks.
We weep each time that we go to the grocery stores to purchase groceries
to feed our familes. We weep each time that another soldier comes home
wounded, or in a coffin.
We are weeping in our homes, on our jobs, and in our churches.
We are weeping in secret as the news flashes across the screen each
morning and each night. We are weeping as we pray and talk to God about the
fallen state of our nation.
This nation has been in mourning every since he stole the election and
deceived the most powerful nation in the world.
We have been weeping and have not been noticed. There are no cameras
in the homes of grieving familes. There were no camera's rolling while sisters
and brothers, friends and loved ones wept for the lost of a young life.
It is good for Bush to finally show some emotion. But he should have
wept over every soldier that lost his/her life in this miserable war.
He should have taken the time out to weep and pray before he made
the decision to send our children into a war, while his children were
safely protected at home and carrying on with their lives.
Yesterday, Bush decided to weep! Well...it made a good photo anyway.
