Subordinate Role in Business Ethics Presentation

Junior staffs play a major role in ethical presentation. Since they are the main players in the internal business environment, they should be guided on how to apply sound ethical morals at work. Associate staffs indulge in crucial company activities which require very high standards of professionalism. Ethics are basically professional subjects that must be nurtured within the employees. The management must display the most vivid manifestations of ethical practices. Fundamentally, ethical issues can be instilled through trainings and job exposure. Some areas of ethics presentation by the associate staff include;

Personality

Workers behavior at all times must be acceptable. Associates must not work under influence of alcohol. They should not smoke from everywhere except in designated smoking zones. Unjustified lateness and absenteeism shouldn't be entertained. They should always wear their personal protective cloths as required by the company. Uniforms must be kept clean. Smartness should be emphasized at work place.

Decision making

Junior staff must be guided by the principle that good production results to good wages. When involved in conflict with the management, the associates should display a mature and disciplined behavior. Cases of industrial stakes to cripple down the operations of an organization should not be encouraged. If a strike has to be organized, it must be a last resort when all other alternatives to resolve the problem have failed. It should also be legal and must be peaceful. Staff should not indulge in destructive behavior incase a strike is called. Timely decisions are a key factor in order to provide a smooth operation in a company.

Privacy policy

Associate staff needs to understand the company privacy policy. Information made for the company should not be leaked out to the public. Junior staff should desist from giving out what id regarded as classified information for the company to supplier, clients, and state authorizes or any other party. This kind of information should be obtained from the management.

Security matters

Employees in an organization sometimes handle sensitive information such as bank account details, company systems passwords such as electronic safes passwords. Infarct some information should never be disclosed to other associate staff and must remain confidential to the persons authorized to have them. This area requires high level of discipline, self principled, honesty, trust, accountability and maturity. An upright moral behavior is the key to good security matters obligation. Company high profile information such as account balances, money transfer details from the business premises to the bank should only be known to the associate staff in charge.

Aptly, the management must play a leadership role to drive the associates to good moral practices. Mentorship and role model institutionalization within an organization should culminate from the senior staff. At the same time, management should vet out and scrutinize thoroughly the staff being deployed in security related departments.
