How does Business Entrepreneur Network Work?

Michael Grisso
The Catch?

When looking for any business promotion or advertising online most think about the pricing. How much is it going to cost me to promote my business on this site. Is it going to be worth spending the time coming back day in and day out looking for others to either purchase from you or join an affiliate business that you may have?

Well the traffic has to be an important factor to think about. Is it targeted? How many visits does the site get a day? Is free, well, really free?

Once you have figured this out, then the searching begins. However, I am doing the work for you. Searching for companies and giving you the good things, and the not so good.

Enter Business Entrepreneur Network-Market Yourself

When first signing up for this site I actually had done it for a friend. Of course I was skeptical because I knew nothing about the company and when I had signed up I was the 24th person to join. B.E.N. I browsed over the site and read the directions on how to get my profile page setup, and then I just let it sit there. I did nothing with it at all. Occasionally I would get an email stating that I had a friend request on the site, and I would go over and add them and go back to what I was doing.

The whole time I was waiting for all these emails to flood into my Inbox telling me about all the different businesses people were involved in and wanting me to join. Odd thing was that it never happened. So, I ventured back to the site to read over the terms and conditions and find out what I was doing wrong.

I found that I wasn't doing anything wrong. The simply stated that spamming other people's mailboxs would not be tolerated. That got my attention immediately! I mean how was I supposed to let everyone know about my business and get noticed? Simply put, all I had to do was introduce myself to others, start blogs, add my own classified ads, browse other people's profile pages and make new friends.

Well, that seemed like an awful lot of work, but turns out it wasn't. I started meeting new people from all over the world and learning various businesses that I would have never found on my own. Well, maybe I would have, but having them all together on one website was fantastic.

What Do They Offer?

First and foremost, they offer FREE access to use their site. Not almost free, not only free for awhile, but 100% free, with no strings attached. Could this really be true that there is actually a business networking site that won't cost anything? As a matter of fact, reading over the Terms & Conditions that was exactly what they are.

So what exactly do they offer? A mixture of things that would benefit many. The way I look at it is there are three types of individuals that are joining this site on an everyday basis:

#1 Anyone that has an online or even an offline business and what's to promote them for free
#2 Individuals that do not have a business of their own, but are looking for opportunities to join
#3 People that would like to shop their favorite stores and purchase products from others within the community

If you can picture Myspace and how you can do everything for free, then promoting your business on that site minus all the minors then you have Bizpreneur. That's how it works and they just came out October 20th, 2006 so there is a lot of upside to this company.

Referrals are also a way to get paid on this site through paypal. How easy is it to get people to signup for something that costs nothing? Pretty simple, and for every new member you bring in, you get $1. Doesn't sound like much yet, but when everyone starts catching on it's some extra money in your pocket.

A Little Something Extra.....

This is the kicker by far. If you don't already know, Myspace sold for $580 million dollars. I read about this in an article in the U.S. Weekly News a couple months ago. If they had offered .001% profit sharing to the first 1000 people who got involved , those individuals would have been paid out $58,000 each. Unfortunately this didn't happen.

Bizpreneur thought it would be a good idea to give back to the community in this type of way. So for $50 you can become a gold member and receive .001% profit sharing of the company when it is sold. This concept I imagine will take form in many new sites that come out in the next couple years, and giving back to the members is just an excellent idea. I mean I know things I could not do for a week and be able to "sock away" $50 for this venture.

Do keep in mind that the site is 100% free, and this is only an optional thing for members to get involved. With not even been around for two whole months yet, they have managed to bring in almost 500 new members without proper advertising and just word of mouth.

You Decide

I can only give you the necessary tools to read into and see if this is right for you. Hopefully by reading this, you can understand the companies abilities without spending countless hours searching for answers you wouldn't be able to find on your own.

Again, if you have questions about Bizpreneur feel free to leave me a comment, or send me a message and I will answer whatever I can for you.

Business networking is on the rise! This is one of very FEW business networking sites. How exciting to be on the ground floor of such a fast growing company! The time is NOW, I agree!! If you are in business networking, jumping into a great site like B.E.N is essential. That is where everyone hangs out. Without people, we have no business. Another great article, Michael!! :-)
