At seashore resort areas such as Cape May County, New Jersey, there are thousands of houses that owners rent during the summer season, and many of those owners do not live in the state. Getting someone to keep an eye on their property, schedule repair services, and be there to ensure repairs are done correctly is a service Kim Payne, of Ocean View, New Jersey, saw the need for, so she recently launched a new business, "We've Got You Covered Property Management Service".

Kim has worked in the coastal property insurance industry for over seven years, and she has seen many summer homeowners express their need for someone to handle problems with their seashore property when they are absent.

For example, Kim says that many companies that insure coastal properties inspect them every three years. If they find a dangerous crack in the sidewalk, hazardous tree limbs, or the need for a handrail on stairs, etc., they may give the homeowner only a month or two to make repairs. When given such a notice from an insurance company, "Many homeowners don't know who to call, and if out-of-state, have difficulty arranging repair work to be done, and seeing that it's done correctly," explains Kim. We've Got You Covered can make those arrangements and also be present to open a property for repairmen. Work can also be monitored, with reports sent to the homeowner.

We've Got You Covered offers weekly, bi-weekly and monthly inspections at reasonable rates. They will check for any vandalism or weather damage, forward mail, and even periodically start your motor vehicle to keep it in good shape when unused for a long time.

A concern with unoccupied seashore homes in the winter is water damage from frozen pipe breaks. We've Got You Covered does thorough visual checks of plumbing areas, such as underneath kitchen and bathroom sinks, laundry appliances, and a place many people don't think about...refrigerators with automatic ice makers! Such periodic checks can save a lot of money and many headaches.

When nor'easters and other winter storms hit Southern New Jersey, Kim surveys properties and reports promptly to homeowners to ease their minds. Should there be damage, Kim will take digital pictures and email them to absentee homeowners.

Planning to come to your seashore home for Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter? We've Got You Covered can turn up the heat, turn on the water heater, and even stock your favorite groceries in the kitchen cabinets!
When Kim was asked what makes her service different, she responded, "We go way above and beyond, and treat your home just as I love my own." As a life-long resident of Cape May County, Kim is well-known and highly respected for her integrity.

If you have a seashore home in Cape May County, New Jersey that will be unoccupied for any period of time this winter, even if you are only going away on vacation for a week or two, call Kim at We've Got You Covered today at 609-457-1367. They are fully insured, and bring outstanding personal service to property management at the shore!

I was reading the article concerning We've got you covered and was interested but concerned that there was no mention of any kind of education involved. Being in the industry is one thing but education is totally different. Kim can you tell us what kind of professional degree or diplomas or any education from an accredited college you have received? I might have some friends that are interested if you can supply this info. Remember that I'm not looking for experience. Are you bonded? Just a thought... but what happens if you lose the keys or security code to my house? I'm also wondering if I need repairs to my house do you do a background check on the company and what guarantee do I have that you will look for the lowest price and that you are not affliated with the company you are referring me to? There are so many horrible people and companys out there , I'm justing wondering ???? I welcome your comments.
