Organic bedding is eco-friendly because it is made from natural sources and not artificial ones. This, of course, benefits the environment, but organic bedding not only benefits the environment, but it will benefit you the consumer as well. Organic bedding can help reduce your allergies because it isn't made with as many chemicals that many people who have allergies are sensitive to. So you're not only benefiting the environment, you're benefiting yourself as well by turning to an organic home.
Okay, so you now want to go green, but where do you look to find organic bedding? Here are some of my favorite organic bedding companies. First is Gaiam. This company specializes in all kinds of organic stuff, and they have beautiful organic bedding that's not only good for you and the environment but gorgeous as well. I especially like their throws. They're very soft and great to lounge around on the couch with. Then I like EcoChoices. As their name implies, they are the eco-friendly choice with loads of organic bedding to choose from in lots of nice natural tones and shades. I especially like their pillowcases the best. They have a smooth and silky texture that's like sleeping on a cloud. Another one of my faves is the Pottery Barn. Now this distributor has lots of really cute, country cottage style bedding. I really love their quilts. Very skillfully crafted, they give your home a sparkle of homey charm. Plus, these stores aren't too pricey. You can order online from a variety of organic bedding at any of their websites listed respectively: www.gaiam.com, www.ecobedroom.com, and www.potterybarn.com.
So now you know what organic bedding is, what its benefits are, and how it can help you go green and become eco-friendly. Organic bedding will help you contribute to helping the environment, and it comes with lots of health benefits for you and your family as well. Plus, there are lots of organic bedding manufacturers. I just listed my personal favorites. With a bit of searching, you're sure to find organic bedding that fits your style and your budget. So good luck going green!
