Introduction

There is a lot of interest in the Chicago Cubs this year, as the Cubs have hired Theo Epstein as their new General Manager. Many consider Epstein the finest General Manager in baseball and he brought some of his lieutenants with him and overhauled the front office. Epstein made numerous trades and totally rebuilt the team. Spring training is the first opportunity to see the new team and fans can buy tickets at a lot of different places. The Tickets

On the Cubs web site, individual game tickets for the 2012 Chicago Cubs home spring training games were available since January 5, 2012. Tickets sales at the Hohokam Stadium box office began January 17, 2012 at 9 a.m. Arizona time.

HoHoKam park's seating capacity is 13,074. There are over 8,000 fixed seats and 2,000 bleacher seats to complement an outfield lawn capacity of 2,575. There are many different ticket options and the prices range from an $8 lawn seat to a $31 premium field box seat. Children three and under who are on a parents lap do not need a ticket. All other attendees require a ticket and there are no discounts for children.

Traveling packages are also available on the Cubs web site.
