Great Gifts Without Going Broke

Finding interesting and inexpensive gifts is a great way of saving money and it allows you to have a guilt free goodtime. Each of these gifts is designed to be placed in a gift bag. Many of the gift items discussed can also be found inexpensively at your local Discount retailer.

The Movie Gift Bag - Purchase a Blockbuster movie gift card, add a bag of microwave popcorn, a box of M&M's, and a litter of pop. This bag has been a hit every time I have used it and you can use it for any occasion.

The Baby Shower Gift Bag - I received this gift bag when I had my first child and I loved it so much that I still give it as gift to other new Moms. First buy a bunch of little baby items, such as diaper rash medicine, gas medication, a baby grooming kit, and other items that come in handy in the first few months. Then buy a soft baby towel and create an origami animal from it. If you don't know how to create origami, just Google the word "origami" and pick your favorite how to. When you put the bag, together wrap each gift in a baby's washcloth, and put the origami animal in as extra filler. This gift has been a big hit every time I have used it. If you want to spend, a little extra then put the gift into a diaper bag instead of a gift bag.

The Lego Gift Bag - This is a great gift bag for the Lego Fan. Lego Toys are a bit more expensive so you need to find out what type of Lego series the child likes best. For example if they love Star Wars, buy one of the small Lego items and add a gross of Star Wars Stickers with possibly a Star Wars coloring book.

The Art Gift Bag - The Art Gift Bag is always a hit with girls. Purchase paints, brushes, and paper for this bag. Crayola now has paint pens, which are not messy and fun to use. For added fun, add a coloring book and crayons.

The Action/ Barbie Figure Bag - This is a great gift idea because it looks like you spent a lot of money. First, purchase the doll for the bag and then add fun things that are crossed merchandised with the toy. Many times popular toys like Barbie also offer inexpensive birthday party favors. Add some candy and you have a great all around gift!

The Hostess Gift - Give something special to the Hostess at the party by creating this bag. It is always a hit. This bag entails a nice bottle of wine priced under $9.00 wrapped in a nice looking kitchen towel. Place the bottle of wine in a gift bag and use the towels in the same way as you would use tissue paper.

To make add that special "custom" touch for any of these gifts bags tie the handles with a ribbon, rope, or pretty string. Each of these gifts can be made for less than $15.00 including the bag and can be made for either sex. Make it extra special by purchasing a nice card or writing a letter and you're ready to party.
