Cabbage & Kielbasa Sausage

Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, cooked
1 kielbasa sausage, sliced in rings
1 medium onion
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red (cayenne) pepper

Method

In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion in oil. Add cooked cabbage and stir well. Add sugar, black pepper and red peppr. Stir until well blended and cooked for 10 or 15 minutes longer.
