Great Tasting Entrees
What I particularly liked about T Falafel is that there were a number of vegetarian and vegan options available on the menu. My husband and I shared The Mediterranean for $3.95. The Mediterranean is a falafel sandwich with Babaganouch on Pita bread. The falafel was freshly made, cooked crispy and delicious.
My son had a gyro that was a blend of lamb and beef for $3.95. He said, "This is the best gyro that I've ever had." He is one of the pickiest eaters I know, and for him to give his lunch such high praise means something.
Other entress with catchy and memorable names like "The American Tourist" for $3.50, The Egyptian or Greek for $3.95 are all available. You can also opt to make your own entree. For $4.25 you can have your choice of falafel, three toppings and your choice of sauce on pita bread.
Slices of Heaven
Sides include Falfel Nuggets, Chicken or Vegetable Samosas, Stuffed Grape Leaves or Babaganouch. All sides are $3.50.
I had the Falafel Nuggets. They were bite-size heaven! They arrived light and crispy on a bed of lettuce with some pita bread on the side.
Another great thing to try at T Falafel is the hummus for $3.50. It is made with the balanced blend of pureed chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.
Salads, Soups and Desserts
There are salads available ranging in price from $3.50 -$3.95. You can have order Lentil soup for $1.50.
For dessert you can have a Mammol for $.50 or you can choose to have a great tasting slice of Baklava for $1.00. You could also opt for the healthy treat of ten organic dates for $1.99.
Drink Variety
There are plenty of drinks to choose from at T Falafel. You can have hot hibiscus tea or tea with mint. You can have guava, mango or tamarind juice. Soft drinks are available in Pepsi products. There is Vimto which is fruit punch soda. There are also some imported sodas available.
T Falafel also has a great tasting Sudanese blend coffee.
