Caliber Collision Center in San Bernardino, CA is a Great Auto Body Shop
Great Service,Superior Workmanship and a Wonderful Outcome Overall!
San Bernardino, CA 92410

Caliber Collision Centers is a chain with numerous locations in California and Texas. The one mentioned above has a covered entrance just like an upscale hotel entrance and as I parked my car under it, I was immediately greeted by a very congenial representative who escorted me into the lobby where a very pleasant clerk helped me fill out the necessary paperwork. While I was waiting for her to complete some of the paperwork, several other employees politely asked if I was being taken care of. Before I left, the whole process of how and when my car would be repaired was explained to me. This incredible service reminded me of how well everyone takes care of you in a hospital when you go in for serious surgery.
When I left, I felt like I was in really good hands and that my almost new car would come out good as new! Several days later, I received a call letting me know that my car would be ready to pick up the very day that was originally promised. When I arrived to pick up my car, I noticed that it had been washed inside and out and that there was no evidence that it had ever been damaged. And that says a lot because I knew from the discussion about the process of repairing the damage when I first left the car for repair, that a long piece of the body under both doors on the left side had to be cut out and a replacement section welded into place.
I don't know about other locations, but I highly recommend the Caliber Collision Center at 1197 East 3rd St. in San Bernardino, CA for great service, superior workmanship and a wonderful outcome overall!
