California Baby Citronella SPF 30 is a great sun screen lotion. It is not greasy and it smells great! I was surprised on how good citronella really smells. Until using this product, I was thinking it would smell like my summer tiki torches for the yard but to my surprise, it was really a nice scent. There is also a lemony hint that comes from the lemongrass oil used in the product. It is water resistant and lasts about 80 minutes, and then you should reapply. This is a great amount of time. The best part of this sun block is that it does not sting in the eyes, which is really nice especially with kids. This costs about $19.99 for a 2.9 oz tube.
I love keeping the California Baby Everyday SPF 30 sun block stick in my diaper bag. This is great for going out and not wanting to carry a big thing- I have enough other junk in my bag! The best part about this is because it is on a stick, it is so easy to apply and avoids the mess and hassle of trying to contain a small baby and applying a cream when you baby just wants to eat everything like my son does. The stick costs $14.99 for a .5 oz stick- great for traveling,
I really like the fact that California Baby makes a product with a lower level of SPF for those not so sunny days but when you know you will be out and want to protect you little one's oh so sensitive skin. California Baby No Fragrance SPF 18 Moisturizing Sunscreen Lotion is great for this. I never wanted my son to smell like sun block especially if we were not going to be in that beating sun. The fragrance free light SPF protection was exactly what I was looking for. The sun screen lotion goes for $19.99 for a 4.5 oz pump bottle. I usually apply this after I have used a lotion on my son right after bath time. This way I know he is protected for the start of the day.
When I first looking into California Baby, I was very interested in the products but did not want to spend so much and find out that it did not work for my son. I really liked the California Baby Calming Mini-Sampler. For $4.95 I was able to sample many of the California Baby products and was able to find my favorites.
The best way to keep skin hydrated during summer outings or during a pool day is to use the California Baby Calming Soothing and Healing spray. The spray costs about $13.49 for 6.5 oz and is great because it is not sticky and perfect to use on the little ones that do not like to sit still. If you get sunburn this is a great product to help heal sunburn skin.
You can get more information at www.californiababy.com and get more information about these products and order online.
The best part is that all these products can be used on your baby and you! I hope you learn to love these products as much as I do and find your favorites.
