California GOP Women's Group Uses Slurs Toward Barack Obama with "Obama Bucks"
"Robo-Calls", Obama Hung in Effigy in Ohio, Where Does it End?
In Ohio, one homeowner has a tree with Barack Obama hanging in effigy as a ghost or "spook" I suppose it's supposed to be.The ghost has a Star of David on top of it's head, which of course is a Jewish symbol, not muslim. Are these morons not aware of the difference? Barack Obama has been criticized for not supporting Israel enough according to some. Sarah Palin made a big deal of her support of Israel at one point.
In another part of Ohio, one man entering into a Sarah Palin rally had a stuffed monkey with a Barack Obama bumper sticker stuck to the forehead. There are letters being circulating in Georgia speaking to "KKK brothers" about keeping Obama out of the White House among numerous uses of the "N" word.
Have people gone nuts!!!??? If someone wants to disagree on policy with Barack Obama, even regarding him as a "socialist", that's one thing, but this? Obama's policy proposals aren't that different from those of Hillary Clinton. So what's up? Race, that's what! Diane Fedele, the leader of the California women's group circulating the racist "Obama bucks" went so far as to claim the reason her group came up with the idea was Obama introducing race into the campaign! Incredible! Are these people so ignorant that thwey believe Obama's race would not have been noticed otherwise?
Ok, on second thought, maybe they are that ignorant. The cretin with the Barack Obama image hanging from the tree had the Star of David on the ghost's head and "husain" on the chest. In my workplace, a few years ago someone put a Boy's Club decal in a prominent area. One ignoramus wrote "steel all day, play basketball all night". A reply was written: "if you're going to be a smart-ass, at least learn to spell". I agree.
And how about voting for President, and every other race without that other race being the deciding factor. Surely people can vote for or against someone based on their policy positions! If John McCain is more to your liking, fine, but these people need to check their hoods at the door of the polling places and vote on the issues, one way or the other. When we talk about Presidential race, it does not refer to skin color.
