3/4 c. dates (halved and pitted)
1 medium banana, quartered (ripe)
1 c. fat free or low fat frozen vanilla yogurt (let it soften slightly)
1/2 c. low fat or nonfat milk
combine dates and banana in blender. Blend until dates are finely chopped.
Add yogurt and milk and blend until thick and smooth. Serve immediately. Garnish with banana slices.
