Many of the modern war tools used today are brought to life in COD4. In this first-person shooter game you will man artillery and weapons which you will need in order to survive. Not only that, but you are going to have to run from cover to cover, and back up your teammates when they are in trouble. This game will take you back and fourth between perspectives of the British S.A.S. and the U.S. Marines, each step advances you in a storyline, which can be a very affective tool. The story revolves around stolen Russian bombs and Eastern terrorists. You and your team will have to think of a strategy to flank the enemies, because if you don't you can assure yourself they will flank you. Don't just think you will easily bring home a victory. Your enemies are going to know when to stay in cover, fight in the open, and when to take you out with a grenade. This game will put you in charge and you will wanna care for every last one of your teammates. In my opinion, if you played Call of Duty, it will be somewhat of a change getting into COD4. After a few battles you will get used to it and you won't wanna stop.
Wrapping it all up. I can almost guarantee you won't wanna put down the controller when your throwing grenades or trying to take down enemies. If you ever get sick of playing alone take COD4 on-line to XBOX LIVE and challenge yourself to gamers across the world. So if you are looking for a life-like war game I highly suggest picking up a copy of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Available at a reasonable price of $59.99, I think you will be happy with every penny you spent!

Post a CommentI have to agree that COD4 is a great game. I play on my PC online. But my son owns it for XBox too.. I haven't tried that one, maybe I should give it a shot. *grin*
