Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Video Game Review

The Call of Duty series has been a big money maker for Activision, from the first call of duty to the latest title release part 2 of Modern Warfare. I have played the first few series of this title but was hooked on Modern Warfare once I bought it. Part 2 of this title should be worth the wait for any adult or lets say teenager that plays it. I have sat around and watched my son who is 10 become a fan of the battle part of the game. When his friends are over which is no one over the age of 16, they sit down in front of the 52 inch television and play for hours at a time trying to out do one another.

When my wife first bought me the game back in 2008 I thought I was getting the Tom Clancy game I played in the game stop, but when my wife went to buy it I could not remember the name of the game.. But, I am glad to have played this title first or I would not have been writing this article today, or maybe I would be writing about Tom Clancy's game titles. Modern warfare 2 has a big act to follow, from the rush of opening doors and entering rooms and grenades going off, to trying to take a perfect shoot while in your sniper uniform. Also, the excitement of flying in the plane dropping bombs on hostiles while they chase your comrades, and the last scene on the plane with the hostage and you have to take the perfect shoot, oh did I just give away the last scene in the first title?.

The first time I played Modern Warfare I played it all day and the day after, but that was when I had only one baby girl at home now I have 2. Being a gamer for life person I believe in trying a game out before I buy it. I believe in renting it first then going to the store and buying it used. The real value of any game is when you walk out the store and try to take it back the next day after playing it, that's how much it really should cost you when you purchase the game. Call of duty Modern warfare 2 should take us to a place where there are no crying babies, no wives nagging us to get off the game, no kids saying share the game console dad! CODMW2 is a game title that has a good reputation behind it, and it should not stop here with this new release. When I finish standing in line to purchase my soon to be priceless copy of C.O.D. modern warfare 2 I should be in heaven, or some other place that is similar that will make me feel good, well until the sun comes up and I realize I have to go to work and had not been to sleep all night. That's when the real battle begins. OhhRah!
