What is Your Addiction: Internet, Email, Cell Phone, Social Networking!?
Here are a few the things this SAHM love the most. And yes, there are more. Feel free to join in this love fest of our favorite things we are addicted to.
I love the Internet because I can Google anything at the drop of the hat. Forget about what we did all those years without Google, perish the thought.
My list of quick things I love about Google include:
Searching for recipes at the drop of a hat... Not sure what's for dinner? Google it, and you will find a recipe your family will love you forever for.
Buy all my parenting gifts online. Yes, I admit it. I Google what I want to buy, then search for the cheapest price and best quality, and walla, I buy my gifts online. Love it!
Use Google to Research. I am the smartest mom around. I confess, my kids think I am a genius. And no, I don't tell them otherwise. If they ask, well I just tell them I'm a Google Mom. No matter what they ask in school, I can quickly find the answer using Google. Love it!
Google Maps is the best invention. I can show the kid's grandma's house in Virginia or take them around the world to Russia. All with Google Maps. Gone are the days of teaching kids history out of a textbook.
Facebook is the end all! I admit it, I love Facebook, and yes, I usually write those little notes of what I am doing throughout the day. Just in case a family member or childhood friend wants to do know what I was doing at that exact moment. Love it!
Cell Phones are a Passion. Who lived without a cell phone? Was it only fifteen years ago only the elite at these cell phones? Love my cell phone!
Email! Ode to the invention of email. How many emails do we write a day? I confess that I love to send out emails. They are the quickest thank you card ever. Especially after a child's birthday. Send all the family thank you cards in minutes. Oh, how I love my emails.
