SCENT
Euphoria is one of my favorite fragrances, but I have never broken down and purchased it. At first sniff, this lotion did not really smell like the real thing, in my opinion. Of course, the scent mixed with my skin and smelled just like Euphoria would on me. However, this is a definite try-before-buy situation. My mother tried the same lotion and the grandma scent clung to her. I really like this scent, but I don't really think it is aimed at/for teens.
FORMULA
The sensual skin lotion is fairly thick, so I find it doesn't give a lot of moisture. But, when applied, it leaves your hands feeling smoother that I have ever felt mine before. A little does not go a super long way, but you also do not need to use bunches to achieve soft hands. I find that it doesn't leave the typical lotion feeling on my hands- which I adore, but my hands do not retain the smoothness for that long either.
FUNCTIONALITY
I would say this is a special occasion lotion. Maybe for night out or a date, but probably not for everyday use. The scent is fairly cloying and I find that while the scent stays, the moisture does not. That being said, re-applying would be necessary during the day. I think this is superb for special occasions, but not something you want to carry in your purse all the time.
PACKAGING
Since I have a sample size, mine is in a white tube with burgundy lettering. However, the real full-size bottle is burgundy with white lettering. There is nothing special about the packaging- it is a typical bottle of lotion.
PRICE
At $38 for 6.7 oz, this is not an inexpensive lotion! I would highly recommend using it sparingly as it is on the high part of the price spectrum. If you are interested in this lotion, it is great as a special treat to yourself and awesome for romantic/special occasions. I cannot stress enough how much you need to try it before you shell out $38, but I think it is worth it if you like the lotion. However, do not assume it smells exactly like the fragrance- it doesn't.
FINAL OPINIONS
I like this lotion for how smooth it makes my hands, but sometimes think it is even too mature for me, a college student. I am really glad I got the sample, and will use all of it, but do not think I would buy the full size. Again, for the woman who likes mature fragrances, definitely check this out, but younger spectrum, try before you buy!
