Camille Grammer is coming out swinging as the estranged and scorned wife of Kelsey Grammer. Within days, Camille practically implied to Howard Stern that Kelsey may be a cross-dresser to filing a request in Superior Court to block Kelsey's attempt to quickly dissolve his marriage to her.

On January 12 while being interviewed by Howard Stern on his satellite radio show, the subject of cross-dressing came up when Camille started with, "He likes being with women, but there's something between us that didn't click."

At that point, co-host Robin Quivers asked Camille, "What's the reason, he likes to dress as a woman?"

Apparently being urged by Stern and Quivers, Camille implied that Kelsey was a cross-dresser, even stating "That was a gift to me. That was a super, special surprise."

Camille of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills decided at that point to stop talking about Kelsey's dress habits, saying she would be "smacked with a lawsuit" if she were to continue.

And then today, Camille came back with another blow to Kelsey by asking a Superior Court judge to deny Kelsey's request to dissolve their marriage immediately.

In her written request, Camille stated that Kelsey wants the divorce finalized "solely for the reason that he intends to remarry as soon as possible."

Camille also added, "I do not believe his is a sufficient reason to prejudice my rights to the community estate, especially given the large and complex nature of our estate."

Camille and Kelsey did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement and as such, Camille stands to make a staggering fortune off their estate estimated to be worth $120 million.
