Camille Grammer Talks to Ellen DeGeneres, is She a Victim or Manipulator? (Video Link)

Camille Grammer spoke with Ellen DeGeneres today (January 7) and told the talk show host she's still weighing her decision on whether or not to continue with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. (The RealHousewives of Beverly Hills began in October, 2010 and is the sixth installment of Bravo's Real Housewives series.)

When Grammer was filming Housewives last summer, Kelsey Grammer, her husband of 14 years, was in New York starring in La Cage aux Folles on Broadway. Unbeknownst to Camille, Kelsey was also in a relationship with another woman, Kayte Walsh, to whom he is now engaged.

The former Frasier star finally called Camille in June and informed her that he didn't want to be married anymore.

Camille continued on with the Bravo show and talked extensively with People in October about the divorce. At that time, Camille said regarding her future, "I was scared at first, and there's still fear. But I'm excited about my future. That sounds weird, I know. But Kelsey was a very difficult man to have a relationship with. I miss him, but I don't want to look back anymore. Everything is new. I'm excited about rediscovering myself and becoming independent again."

The controversy surrounding Camille, however, is not just about her husband of 14 years leaving her for another woman. It's about her role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that has people's tongues wagging.

If you're not a regular viewer of the show, Camille is one of the six housewives whose lives are being showcased as a wife living in Beverly Hills. Her feud with Kyle Richards, another of the show's housewives and who also happens to be Paris Hilton's aunt, has got the fodder-mill flowing.

On the November 18 episode of Housewives "The Art of War", Camille accused Kyle of being "pernicious" (causing insidious harm, injurious). On the December 16 episode, "The Dinner Party From Hell aka Escape From Bitch Mountain" Camille had a dinner party at her home but again, Camille and Kyle have even more hotly debated exchange.

Basically the episodes so far reveal that Camille's behavior has left most viewing her as having serious issues and a person who can't tell the truth. One can only wonder if Camille is trying to hurt Kyle Richards on purpose, or if she is venting the frustrations she has recently encountered in her own life on an innocent party.

On the Ellen DeGeneres show today, Camille said that Kelsey put pressure on her to do the reality series even though she wasn't interested in doing it.

Camille explained that Kelsey thought it "would be good for me to do something that was separate from us being a couple."

But will Camille continue on for a second season of Housewives?

Camille explained to DeGeneres that she is still going through her divorce and, "If I would do [another season], it would be to try to change my image - to try to change it around and have people see the other side of me that you don't see on TV."
