Cave Country Campground
Located just a few miles outside of the gates to Mammoth Cave National Park Cave Country Campground is a Big Rig friendly RV park. The campground offers spacious pull through sites with full hookups, as well as free wireless internet and cable television.
Cave Country Campground is also pet friendly with a 45,000 square foot fenced in pet run where your furry friends can run free.
Thirty Amp sites are $32 per night or $189 weekly, and fifty amp sites are $34 per night or $195 weekly at Cave Country Campground.

Diamond Caverns Campground
Located in a wooded area seven miles from Mammoth Cave National Park Diamond Caverns Campground is a premier campground offering everything from primitive to full hook-up camp sites.
Just because your camping doesn't mean you have to "rough it". The campground offers a recreation center complete with tanning beds, workout equipment, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. When you are not working out you can enjoy fishing, paddle boats, a kid's playground, and a game room.
At Diamond Caverns Campground primitive sites are $22, sites with water and electric are $24, and full hookup sites are $27.50. Sites are priced for two people with additional children ages three to seventeen costing an additional $1 per night and adults costing an additional $2 per night.

Jellystone Park of Mammoth Cave
Jellystone Park of Mammoth Cave is a great resort campground in Cave City. The campground offers lots of planned activities as well as a pool, a three hundred foot waterslide, an outdoor theater, wireless internet, miniature golf course, a fishing pond, hayrides, a game room, live music, horseshoes, playgrounds, and volleyball and basketball courts.
The campground offers primitive tent sites as well as pull through or back-in RV sites. Each site offers a picnic table and fire ring.
Site costs vary depending on the time of your visit. Primitive tent sites are $20 to $32, while sites offering water and electric range in price from $25 to $50, and full hook-up sites range in price from $35 to $55.

Post a CommentI've been to the Mammoth Cave area twice with my family when I was younger, but my folks weren't campers. I am though, and maybe I'll get back down that way to check out these campgrounds.
