Camping Coloring Pages and Printables for Kids
Kid Pleasing Activities for Camping Out
The first is a simple picture of a kid in a tent. The tent is the most basic and exciting of camp lodgings; but you may prefer this picture of a camper if you don't use a tent on your outings.
The next picture is one of a father and son hiking. This is a very amusing one, as the dad looks quite worried and confused while looking at the map.
Another very amusing picture was the one we found of two children and a skunk. This gives a funny look at the situations that you can find yourself in while camping out.
No camping trip is complete without the food. Our first food related picture is of a boy roasting marshmallows. Then we have a picture of a family roasting hot dogs.
Next we have found a coloring page worksheet that has ten camping items and is titled, "I Can Color Camping Words". Older children can do this one on their own or parents or older siblings can read it to them.
Then we have several printable activities for older children. The first is a camping word search that has ten words to find. The next is a camping vocabulary sheet, again with ten definitions and words. And finally the camping crossword puzzle we found.
These coloring pages and activities should add an extra layer of fun to your next camping trip.
