There are several mountain ranges that stretch across Utah including the Wasatch Mountains, the Rockies and the high Uintahs. Hidden Haven Campground-0-5 miles from Park City. They have trailer, RV hookups and tent sites. With picnic tables, toilets, showers, laundry, boating and fishing this site is a favorite for campers of all ages.
Reservations for National Parks
When making reservations for National Parks and their campgrounds there are fees required. Reservations must be made in advance and the National Parks Reservation Service handles the reservations. Fees typically vary from $5-$20 per vehicle and/or $5 per person. Regulations vary as far as fires, backpacking and other activities so visitors need to review all rules at each individual park.

Post a CommentYou forgot to mention the camping in Cedar City and Cedar Breaks up near Brianhead in SW Utah. It is not hot up there even in the middle of summer. Gorgeous during the day--need jackets at night. Beautiful breathtaking sites. I suggest everyone visit at least once.
Canyon Reef National Park in Kanab? There is no such place. There is Capitol Reef National Park near Torrey and Canyonlands National Park near Moab though. Please check your facts!
Ignore the mormons, extremely lite beer and scortching heat - Utah has some of the most beautiful campgrounds I've ever camped at, and some of the more spectacular scenery I've ever seen.
