A few years ago a man went into a bank and robbed it at gunpoint. He took the money and instead of running away, he went across the road (after changing clothes of course) to the bank where he had an account and tried to deposit the entire amount he had just stolen across the street. Dumb, I think so.
Then there was one robber who went into a bank right after there had been a snow. He robbed them at gunpoint and had to leave on foot. He lived just a few blocks from the bank and ran back through the woods to his house. Well, guess what, the police followed his foot steps all the way to his house and arrested him. Dumb, why certainly.
Just today a man called the 911 saying someone was breaking into his house. When the police arrived they did find some men who had been on the property but they had a huge bag of marijuana. When asked where they got it they told the police they had stolen it from the man's property who had just called 911. The police went back and found numerous plants in a field and an entire mobile home devoted to growing marijuana and arrested the man who called 911. Turned himself in, huh!
One man was pulled over by the police for driving reckless. They police officer asked if he had any kind of drugs, drug paraphernalia, or marijuana. The driver told the officer that he had none of those items. The officer kept hounding him about the marijuana. But the driver swore up and down that he did not have any. The officer then reached up and from behind the driver's ear pulled a full marijuana roach. Needless to say, the driver was speechless.
An officer pulled over a women who was driving erratically. She was asked to step out of the car and was asked if she had been drinking at all. The lady defensively stated that she had not had one little drop of alcohol all day. The officer asked her several more times if she was sure she had not been drinking. The woman insisted that she had not touched the stuff all day long. Yet when the officer asked why she was holding an open bottle of Vodka (and actually taking a few sips now and then), the lady had nothing else to say. Sad but oh so true!
One of my friends actually stopped a man for speeding. When he asked the man for his identification, the man actually (this is the honest to goodness truth) asked the officer if he wanted his real one or his fake one. When they got him to the jail had had ten fake identifications and three warrants for his arrest. Whew, now that was just about as dumb as they come!
Well there you have it folks, some of the dumbest criminals you never want to meet.

Most of them are strait from the officers themselves
