Can You Earn Decent Pay Using the Computer and the Internet?

A lot of people long to work from the comfort of their own home and one can achieve this through an online job and using the Internet itself. They long to attain this dream so they can be their own boss and set their own hours to whatever suits them. It's great for mothers who can earn some money while keeping an eye on their children at the same time. Is this possible to do? Can you really earn a decent amount of money online? We've all heard of scams on the Internet and those get rich quick schemes.

It isn't hard to find many online jobs that offer a large amount of money but of course first, it requires a fee of some sort. Be careful of this. It is best to do research on this company and see what has been said about them. If they are legitimate and want people to know this, they will be listed with the Better Business Bureau.

Then there are also jobs online that need the service of an employee with certain experience, and you will communicate only via email. You do the work first and then they will pay you later on. Be careful here as a friend of mine did this and after she did the required work online, she never heard from the person again.

Then there are sites though that will actually pay you and are reputable. Associated Content obviously is one of them. I've been a member since January and haven't had any payment problems with them (and I'm assuming you haven't either otherwise you wouldn't be reading this). Mylot is another place that is trustworthy. Users have to post on a discussion board. Pay here is very little and you'll find yourself posting for hours on end. With both of these websites, you'd have to pull your main income somewhere else but they are quite a nice supplement.

There are also websites that pay you to click ads which can be extremely time consuming for such little pay but a decent number of them are reliable. GangsterGreed along with Instant Profitz are great to use. There are also surveys where you get paid. If you have an account with GoZing, they will contact you when a particular survey is available.

As you can see there are trustworthy places out there on the Internet, you just have to find them. Can you make a living on it? Possibly but for the most part you will get a decent amount of extra pocket money at the end of the month. The great way to find them is word of mouth on the Internet which means message or discussion boards or even blogs. They do exist on the Internet, you just have to find them.
