Now if you don't want to go out and buy any of these - you could always get them from the library. Then again if your even too lazy that you don't want to go to the library - you could find the information very easily on the web. I've listed a few of my favorite resources when I need a basic recipe, or a tip on something. I also highly suggest if you have iTunes to subscribe to the Cooks Illustrated Podcast. They come out with a video podcast about once a week, and they cover topics on How to Bake Good Bread to How to Frost a Three Layer Cake. Hope all of these links, and shows help you in your search of learning how to cook!
