One skeptical diet aide is in the form of a lollipop. Can you really lose weight by sucking on a Power Pop? Common sense says "no." However, when you add a combination of natural ingredients into a lollipop form, it can.
Any lollipop could actually help you lose weight:
--When you are sucking on a lollipop, you are not eating. A lollipop contains about 22 calories while one candy bar has 226 calories. It takes longer to suck on a lollipop then it does to eat a few candy bars. One bag of chips offers over 400 calories.
--It's convenient. You can take it anywhere without having to worry about mixes, refrigeration, or popping a pill.
--It is a reminder. When you grab your lollipop, it is reminding you that you are trying to lose weight. It is easy to quickly forget your diet and grab that chocolate bar.

*Hoodia. Hoodia is a plant found in South Africa made popular by 60 minutes. When you suck on the plant, it tricks your metabolism into feeling full, helping you not eat as much. Now when you suck on your lollipop, it is also helping you to eat less for your next meal.
*Citrimax & L-Tysorine. These ingredients have two purposes. They help your body feel satisfied so you eat less. They also work your metabolism causing you to burn fat cells.
*B-Vitamins & Guarna. When you combine Vitamins B-6 and B-12 and Guarana, you get a boost of energy. B vitamins also help absorb fat and increase your metabolism.
Power-Pops may not be the answer for everyone, but they do work. I lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks with Power Pops and making a few changes in my daily life. Though it took me three days to feel the full effect of the Power Pops, I was not as hungry and my cravings began to change. The energy boost from the B-Vitamins made it easier for me to get off the couch and start excericising. One of my friends lost one inch in three days.
It takes time for your body to adjust to the ingredients. It is not unusual for someone to try one or two and decide it does not work for them. *Your diet. Focus on eating healthier foods. It is OK to cheat, but only in moderation. Though some customers say their cravings changed while using Power Pops, you still need to take the initiative to cut out fast food and junk snacks.
*Exercise. You will help your metabolism along when you exercise. Your body needs 30 minutes of activity a day. Try walking, stairs, aerobics or even the Dance Dance Revolution.
*Drink more water. Your body needs water to help with its metabolism and keep your kidney's functioning.
When you change your diet and add exercise, you will see the pounds come off quicker.
